About Me
I'm Carmen — a Business Operations Lead with a breadth of skills across content, design, development, and ecommerce. I've spent years bridging the gap between strategy and execution, picking up whatever tools the job needed along the way.
These days, that includes AI. I use it daily — to build content pipelines, automate repetitive work, speed up research, and punch above my weight across every discipline I work in. AI isn't a side interest; it's woven into how I operate.
Whether it's writing copy that converts, building a Shopify store, designing a landing page, or untangling a messy process — I figure it out. Faster now than ever.

My Journey
Education
Graduated with a Specialisation in Early Literacy. Member of NP Voices Acapella, Hearing Impaired Club, and Red Cross.
Recipient for three consecutive years, awarded to outstanding early childhood education students in Singapore.
Started as an L2 English Teacher for Nursery and Kindergarten 1 children, then transitioned into an Office Executive role at HQ, handling government grant paperwork and supporting the curriculum department.
Managed social platforms, coordinated influencer shoots, handled brand procurement, and did video editing for wedding videography, building early experience in content creation and community management across two back-to-back roles.
Built a last-mile courier operation from zero to 100,000+ deliveries, 158 merchants, and 80 part-time staff in a year. Rebuilt the brand identity and developed the entire operations platform in-house.
Launched a corporate gifting and apparel business serving government organisations, MNCs, and social enterprises. Led brand identity, sales strategy, and client relationships end to end.
Full-stack marketing role managing Shopify, social media across five platforms, Zoho CRM, email campaigns, video production, and customer service for a product-led company.
Degree in Marketing alongside full-time work, covering analytics, B2B strategy, operations management, financial accounting, contract law and more. Never stop learning.
Operations lead for a luxury home décor brand, managing eCommerce, retail, warehouse, and back-office. Launched Shopify, drove Lightspeed integration, built SOPs, and supported projects for clients across luxury hospitality, banking, and life sciences.
